You can access nSide|Tips from the nSide.io website, the nSide|Platform or from specialized QR codes for your school.
The Tips Dashboard is located in Communication on the nSide|Platform. This feature is available to every nSide user. The Dashboard now allows anyone to manage Tips that are received. It also provides information from the submitter if they choose to provide any personal details.
You will be able to see the Status of the Tip choosing from Open, In Review or Closed.
Tips management allows you to choose what the status is for the Tip and it allows the user to make notes about the Tip they are working on.
Tips History allows the user to review who all has seen the Tip and reviewed it.
There is also the Tip Assistant. These instructions provide a guide for the Tips Dashboard and displays all the functionality.
When submitting a Tip the user will start by entering the school name and Tips will begin populating that school name from its database, speeding up the initial process. The user can continue to type in the entire school name or choose the school from the auto-populated list. Then click submit to begin the Tips questionnaire.
If you Are entering a Tip from your current school there is an internal tip line that can be used. The user will be asked to enter their tip in the section provided. The submitter will be given a chance to provide personal information. After the decision is made the user will submit the Tip to their school.
