REMS EOP Step 1 : Collaborative Planning Team

What to do to begin a new REMS EOP.

Start by clicking on Create a New EOP. You will be prompted to start at the beginning of Step 1. This is the start of the process.

Step 1 : Collaborative Planning Team

In this section you will create your Planning Team and assign Incident Command Roles. These roles/positions will be taken from your Contacts List. (Make sure your Contact List is up to date before starting)

Incident Command Roles, click the contact you want to add to each specific position. You will have the Primary, and 2 alternates. Complete this process for each position that is applicable to your school/district.

The last section will be to schedule dates for Drills and/or Trainings on your Calendar.
