Training Introduction

In this tab of the EOP, all required and optional training must be logged. The trainings are categorized by school year.

Required trainings to be completed are:

  • Safety PD

  • CERT

  • CPR

  • AED

  • Tourniquet

  • RAVE app

A date will appear beside the Training Log button that will indicate the last time that a training has been logged in the system.

Editing Trainings

Adding A Training:

  1. Click on Training Log

  2. Click on the green Add button in the top-right of the page.

  3. A pop-up will appear that will require the following information:

    1. Training

    2. Details

    3. Date

    4. Time Began

    5. Duration of Training

    6. Documentation

  4. Once all information has been entered, click the blue Add button.

Editing a drill that has been logged:

  1. Click the Edit button (blue and white pen icon) beside the drill you would like to edit.

  2. Make any necessary edits.

  3. Click Save.

Delete a Training:

  1. Click the Delete button (red trash can icon) to delete the drill.

  2. A pop-up window will appear asking if you would like to delete this drill.

  3. Click OK.

Printing Trainings

The Drill Log can be printed to show all drills for a given school year. To print all drills, click on the blue Print button beside Drill Log.
