Scheduling regular drills ensures preparation and practice for organizations in the event something happens. Depending on the requirement, many drills have to be recorded and reported on within a certain time frame. nSide has drill reporting tools as a part of the EOP section. The Add a Drill Report subsection is used to document drills such as fire drills, severe weather drills and Lockdown.
The required drills include:
Fire Drill Response Report (one per month - additional for summer school)
Seasonal Severe Weather Drill (one drill September through November and one drill January through March)
Lockdown Drill Response Report (one drill per semester/ 1st six weeks of each semester)
School Bus Evacuation (one drill per semester Fall/Spring)
