Each school or district will need to designate a Technical Point of Contact (TPOC). This person(s) will need to be trained on how to use nSide’s Organization Manager, learning how to approve members, send out invitations to new members, grant or remove permissions for viewing or editing data, and which schools can be seen by which member. Most TPOCs include the Superintendent and or Assistant Superintendent as well as the Director of Safety/Technology or Student Services and possibly the Secretary to the Superintendent.
DESIGNATING A TPOC
The designation of the TPOC is very simple. We require a signed letter from the superintendent to declare that individual(s) are granted this authority and for which district or schools. Download the TPOC Designation Letter Template for your organization to follow.
Once you have completed this form, send this in to us at [email protected] and we will adjust the permissions for the appropriate people. Let us know how we can help!
