After the Plans process is complete, you will need to start the Interventions process. To do this, find your Case ID and click on the blue pencil icon on the right hand side of the screen. Then click on Threat Assessment Case Summary in the dropdown menu.
Continue filling out the documentation form with information relevant to the current case.
Fill out the ROAR Assignment Form; Then click Submit when you are finished.

REQUEST REVIEW
Once you have finished all forms, you must request review.
On the Interventions dashboard, find your case number, and find the icons to the right of that case.
You will see a bright red checkmark icon. If you hover above it with your mouse, it will say Request Review.
Click the red icon.
You will then see a pop-up message like the one above.
Select the user you want to review your forms.
Then click Yes.
Once the assessment is completed and reviewed, the process will move from
Interventions to Monitoring.
