When you are navigating the nSide platform, you may occasionally run into glitches or "bugs" that are creating a problem on the site. This is not common, but when it does happen, users can help by reporting these bugs to nSide. In order to address these problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, there is an easy way to report these bugs.

Where to find reporting tools

When you click on Report a Bug or the exclamation point, your screen will be highlighted in a pink outline, and two important tools will pop up:

  • Annotation tool icons

  • A contact box to enter your explanation and your contact information.



NOTE: Once you submit a bug, an nSide team member will reach out within 24 hours to update you on the status of the bug.
